How To Order

   To order an item from Go Kart & Minibike Parts Depot, you may either use the Paypal buttons found next to each item for sale, or you may fill out an online order form.  Shipping charges are automatically added in at check out when you use Paypal, although those charges may not be exact when ordering several small items.  Customers who don't want to order through Paypal may click here to go to an online ordering page for mail orders.    You can use the ordering page to specify what you want to order, the order quantity, any comments you have, and shipping information. The advantage of this method is that you will be charged exact shipping on your order. The online ordering page can be used by Paypal users, too. Once you fill out the order form and submit it, we will receive an email detailing your order. We will then send you an email containing your order details, along with exact shipping charges, and a payment link you can click on to pay with your credit card. We ship to any state in the U. S. A., including Alaska and Hawaii. California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.  We accept checks and money orders for all mail orders. Mail orders should be sent to:

All checks and money orders should be made out to Go Kart & Minibike Parts Depot.  Checks must clear the bank before we ship your order.

ATTENTION: ALASKA, HAWAII, CANADIAN, AND OVERSEAS RESIDENTS

Alaska and Hawaii residents may use Paypal to purchase items on this website, but those residents will be contacted via email and will be asked to pay actual shipping charges (Actual charges, less what you already paid). This is done because most shipping charges for Paypal purchases are for UPS Ground, and will not cover UPS air freight charges. Customers in Canada and overseas must pay actual freight. Please contact us before you order. If you don't contact us and you go ahead and order with Paypal, you will be contacted and asked to pay actual freight.

After You Place An Order

    After you place an order with Paypal, you will immediately receive an email from Paypal detailing your transaction.  We also get an email at the exact same time which contains every detail of your order.  The email you receive from Paypal functions as a confirmation of your order.  You will not receive an email from Go Kart & Minibike Parts Depot to confirm the order you placed.  The email you receive from Paypal is the only one you will receive.  Orders are usually shipped between 2-4 business days after receipt of the order.  Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, which normally takes 5-7 business days.  Shipping information and tracking numbers are available upon request.  Simply email us at sales@gokartnminibikeparts.com with any questions or requests.

Refund Policy

    It is the policy of Go Kart & Minibike Parts Depot that a refund be issued in the event that a customer either receives defective merchandise or receives the wrong order.  In these cases, the customer must obtain an RGA number from us by requesting one at sales@gokartnminibikeparts.com.  At that point, the customer must display the RGA number in a prominent location on the package and send the package back to the manufacturer.  Any refunds issued will be for the full amount of the purchase, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.   Returned merchandise must be in the condition it was received.
